WINS Annoucement: The WINS management team is excited to share an important update about the evolution of our successful program. After careful consideration, we are thrilled to announce the program’s transformation into Workforce in Networking at SC (WINS). This strategic change builds upon the strengths of our existing program while expanding opportunities to all applicants, regardless of gender, race, or other demographic factors. WINS will continue to provide our community members with the opportunity to engage with the SC conference’s SCinet high-performance networking efforts through an immersive, hands-on, three-week technical internship. This update reinforces our focus on fostering technical growth, professional development, and building a stronger, more skilled IT networking community. This evolution is aligned with the ongoing commitment from Indiana University, ESnet, and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research to ensure the program’s continued success and impact. We value your input as we expand the program. We welcome any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you may have as we continue to evolve.
