Lauren Crow
I’m a Network Engineer with a strong interest in automation and finding creative ways to make repeatable processes easier and more efficient. I love the challenge of completing projects that both improve how networks are managed as well as make the day to day work smoother for the people that rely on them. I’m a recent graduate from Texas A&M University and feel grateful to continue to work for the university I love so much. Outside of my technical projects, I’m passionate about supporting others who are just beginning their career. I’ve had the chance to work closely with student workers and will begin teaching a first year introduction class this fall, which is something I’m especially excited about. Through the WINS program, I am looking forward to collaborating with the SCinet Automation team to strengthen my skills.

Christine Doherty
I am a network security engineer on the cybersecurity team for the City of Boston. Prior to transitioning to cybersecurity I was a network engineer specializing in data center network infrastructure. After graduating from college with a degree in computer engineering technology I found my passion in IT networking. I have earned various industry certifications, mostly Cisco, and have held CCNP routing and switching.
In my spare time I love to travel, spend time with family, running, and being outdoors as much as possible. I live in the city of Boston, a true city dweller. Grateful for the WINS program and really excited about SCinet and SC25!

Jodi also provides DNS support for 454 community anchor institutions, helping ensure reliable and secure internet access for libraries, schools, and other public-serving organizations.
Her career began at MOREnet 25 years ago and she also has experience in network security, including vulnerability assessments and front-line technical support—experience that continues to inform her proactive, security-conscious approach to networking today.
In her spare time, Gilpin enjoys historical fiction and spending time with her family camping and riding side-by-side trails.
